IGSave operates independently and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. We do not claim any association with their trademarks. “Instagram” is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

IGSave lets you retrieve and download publicly available Instagram media via a link. The Service is intended for personal, lawful use only. We do not permanently host the media you download; result links are temporary and removed within 24 hours.

Some features may be offered as part of a paid subscription. Where this is the case, the relevant plan, price, and billing cycle are presented to you before purchase. See our Billing Information and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One free trial per person, where a trial is offered. Trials may not be stacked or abused.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Because access is delivered for the full billing period, a subscription is considered fully provided at the end of the current paid period. Payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor over an encrypted connection; we do not store full card numbers.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@igsave.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until that date. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, exceed reasonable usage, or violate these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Subscription prices may change; any change will not affect the period you have already paid for, and we will make new pricing available before it applies to your next renewal.

• Only download content that is publicly accessible and that you have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to access private or restricted content.
• Do not scrape, overload, or automate the Service beyond normal personal use.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures.

Downloaded content may be protected by copyright; you are responsible for how you use it. If you believe content accessed through the Service infringes your rights, see our DMCA / Content Notice page.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular link will resolve. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGSave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Specific governing-law and entity details are set out at the bottom of this page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
