Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel an IGSave subscription and how refunds are handled. We want you to be satisfied — if something is wrong, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
General terms
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 30 days. We reserve the right to review each request and may decline refunds that fall outside this policy.
Refund window
A refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the charge you are disputing. Requests made after this window are generally not eligible, except where required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email billing@igsave.app with the following so we can process your request quickly:
- The reason for your request.
- The email address on your account and the transaction or receipt number.
- Any additional details our support team asks for.
We may offer a suitable resolution such as account credit, a plan change, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-refundable cases
- Billing periods that have already elapsed and were fully available for use.
- Requests made after the refund window has passed.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Bank chargebacks can take several weeks to resolve, whereas contacting us directly is usually faster. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended.
Cancellation
To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account or email support@igsave.app. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
